These are matte paintings for a collaborative film that will be incorporated behind live action foreground shots which were filmed on green screen.
The paintings are finished but I'm still working on some of the technical parts of these. On the sunset painting I'm trying to simulate an HDRI so the brightness is adjustable in simulated water, but I'm still troubleshooting with the percentages when I process the brightness levels.
The night shot was painted to match shots from many different angles on one set. I'm still working on animating the water multiply layers so that the waves move.
